  • Package is inclusive of: Overnight Stay in Astoria Plaza’s 2 Bedroom Suite for 4 with Buffet Breakfast; Food tasting for 2 persons; 4-hour exclusive use of Chardonnay by Astoria with stage, dance floor, complete function room set-up, ghost chairs, thematic table top overlay and thematic venue décor; Crystal tree centerpieces; Create your own lunch or dinner international buffet menu selection for 150 persons; One round of coffee or tea; Unlimited iced tea or lemonade for 150 persons; One bottle of sparkling wine; Corkage for 5 bottles of 750mL wine or liquor; One unit LCD projector with screen; 4 hour use of LED wall, Welcome banner; Guestbook with pen; Basic mobile system; and 10% discount on all Astoria Food & Beverage outlets during the stay.
  • Ingress starts from 2 hours prior to the event. Egress ends 2 hours after the end of the 4th hour. Any changes or request for extensions are subject to availability and must be coordinated directly with the hotel, subject to additional fees. Supplementary charge of Php1,307 net applies per person in addition to the 150 guests covered by each coupon. Function room can accommodate a maximum of 250 persons.
  • Reservations are required at least fourteen (14) days prior to event date. E-coupon and a valid government issued ID must be emailed to eventsinfo@astoriaplaza.com to confirm booking. Book the soonest to get your preferred schedule. Events are NON-CANCELLABLE but re-bookable, subject to availability.
  • Any changes or request for extensions are subject to availability and must be coordinated directly with the merchant, subject to additional fees. Coupon may be used as an additional, but not as a replacement to existing contracted banquet arrangements with the resort.
