Japanese chef and inventor Mr. Kunio Ichinose dreamt of serving quality, fast food without the need to train a chef and so he created Pepper Lunch, a ‘fast-steak’ restaurant concept that originated in 1994.
Prime cuts of beef, chicken, pork and salmon are served with their well-loved pepper rice and seasoned with their unique selection of sauces for a delectable, flavor-rich meal. Today, there are over 200 Pepper Lunch outlets all over Asia including South Korea, China, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines.
