Lombardi's
Chef David Lombardi’s passion for cooking began as a boy, helping his nonna prepare family meals in the kitchen. This eventually led to stints in some of the most notable restaurants in Italy and Paris, where he worked for 15 years before meeting his wife and moving to the Philippines. Here, he brought with him fervor to introduce true Italian cuisine – as we have apparently yet to know it – to Filipino palates.
Today, he is a noted instructor at the Center of Culinary Arts Manila (CCA) and head chef at Lombardi’s. The second branch of which just opened in Shangri-la Plaza’s new East wing, promising more delightful dishes to watch out for.
