Who It’s For: Baler has been in many people’s radars recently due to the rising popularity of surfing as a hobby, with the most famous spot for the sport being Sabang Beach. There are also several wonders of nature waiting to be explored, like the Mother Falls (also called Ditumabo), the Aniao Islet, the Dicasalarin Cove, and Mts. Udok, Anacuao, Pamazam-pazam.

Like any other tourist hotspot, however, there may be times when you just want to get away from the touring crowds. If such is the case, then Kahanamoku Bed & Breakfast is the perfect getaway for you. This quaint guest house is a much more laidback retreat, an eco-conscious sanctuary located in the foothills of Cemento Beach. Sabang Beach and other attractions are about 20 to 30 minutes away, so you can still enjoy the more peaceful ambiance without being too far from the center of action.

The in-house yoga shala offers daily classes, which the instructors can customize to suit your level of experience; you may also arrange for private sessions before your arrival if you prefer. All rooms Kahanamoku Bed & Breakfast rooms are designed to be family friendly, with simple yet comfortable furnishings. The Mini Suite and Premiere Suite are ideal for two guests (the Mini Suite has a trundle bed for a third person), while the Group Suites can accommodate up to six persons per room. There is also a Group Suite with PWD access for guests who may have disabilities.
