Eric Kayser

Eric Kayser’s baguettes have been declared one of the best (if not THE best) in the world, and we understand why.

Made with his own homemade liquid yeast processor with a traditional fermentation period and meticulous hand-kneading, they’ve gone back to the basics to make sure every baked creation comes out as magnificent as the last.

Joining Eric Kayser's baguettes are a plethora of award-winning goodies to make every sweet lover swoon: delicious cookies chunked with chocolate chips and whole nuts, croissants soft and flaky like a dream, and even savory bites fresh from their kitchen.

Eric Kayser has the flakiest, crispiest butter croissant — the best in the country so far

I need to declare that Eric Kayser has the flakiest, crispiest butter croissant — the best in the country so far — that makes the mouth want to dance with joy.

There are times during a meal at Eric Kayser when suddenly all you want is to drop that now-prerequisite hovering phone camera and just dive in and eat

There are times during a meal at Eric Kayser when suddenly all you want is to drop that now-prerequisite hovering phone camera and just dive in and eat. The Croque Madame, is one such example, a simple yet picture-perfect moment that has to be lived: a terrific ham sandwich (that salty savory ham!) with a crowning glory of a runny fried egg that will always look better in person than behind the screen.

Baguettes are the clear best seller at Erik Kayser, and absolutely the best when consumed fresh

Baguettes are the clear best seller at Erik Kayser, and absolutely the best when consumed fresh and hot from the oven: crisp on the outside, then soft on the inside. Just grab and go and bite away into its bready goodness (or create a sandwich for a more filling meal).
