C' Italian Dining Trattoria

One of the country’s best Italian establishments, C’Italian Dining, had foodies flocking to Pampanga for a taste of their famed panizzas and other specialties. Now, C’Italian is in Ortigas, offering the same deliciously authentic Italian experience.

What to have? The panizza, of course, and the risotto too if you have space for it. Dessert here is taken seriously, as evidenced by their exceptional and aptly named cake, Chocolate Decadent cake.

I was never a Risotto fan until I tried C's.

Frutti de Mare Risotto. C' Italian Dining's Risotto is now my benchmark for Risotto. Jamie Oliver says, a Risotto should be "smooth, creamy, and oozy, not thick and stodgy. This Risotto then hit it right. I was never a Risotto fan until I tried C's. The creaminess of the cheese is not overpowering at all. (The Mushroom Risotto is also excellent!)

Their version was just as flavorful with the creamy gorgonzola-parmesan sauce, grilled chicken slices, roasted garlic, and sundried tomatoes

The Penne Roberto. Being avid fans of gorgonzola pasta dishes, we couldn't let this amiss. Their version was just as flavorful with the creamy gorgonzola-parmesan sauce, grilled chicken slices, roasted garlic, and sundried tomatoes. Savory from the pungent cheese sauces and garlic, rich with the cream sauce, hearty from the pasta and chicken, with a tangy-sweet bite from the tomatoes.

A C' Italian Dining experience is not complete without an order of their 'super classic freshly baked' Panizza

A C' Italian Dining experience is not complete without an order of their 'super classic freshly baked' Panizza. This is their signature creation that has foodies from Manila drive all the way to the Angeles City restaurant just to satisfy their craving of the popular panini-pizza hybrid.
