Why am I charged in US Dollars?

  • Because Deal Grocer is a Hong Kong registered company, our payment platform operates using foreign currency - US Dollars.
  • Just as it is on Amazon, iTunes, and most major airline websites, all transactions on Deal Grocer are based on the currency where the company originates. The amount quoted in your local currency is our best estimate of what will actually be charged on your credit card bill based on prevailing exchange rates (depending as well on the default currency of your credit card).

How do I pay?

  • You pay for your Deal Grocer purchases through our site. We've partnered with PayPal so that you can make secure, convenient, and reliable payments with your credit card through their platform. Simply click on BUY NOW if there's an item you like and we will hand hold you through the entire payment process. Our payment process is guaranteed to be simple, safe, and secure. Note: PayPal is one of the biggest and most trusted payment platforms in the world.
  • If you are a resident of the Philippines, you may also pay for your purchase via Over-the-Counter LOCAL BANK Payment Facility. Our Local Payments Administrator gladly will facilitate your payment.
  • Lastly, you may also pay for your items via Deal Grocer Credits, Cash Pickup, Online Banking and Over-the-counter through Bayad Center, LBC, SM, Cebuana Lhuillier Bills Payment, Robinsons Department Store, ECPay and Cash U.

For Over-the-Counter LOCAL BANK Payment, how do I send a copy of my bank deposit slip?

  • Kindly reply to the invoice email sent to you by before the deadline indicated with a clear scanned copy or a photograph of your machine-validated bank deposit slip (Client’s Copy).
  • Your coupon will then be credited on or before 6pm on the day you send it (given you send it between Monday-Friday).

Why is the LOCAL BANK DEPOSIT OPTION unavailable when I want to purchase on some occasions?

  • Our deals are available in limited stock. Given the delayed payment nature of the local bank deposit, the LOCAL BANK deposit option is disabled 24 hours before the deal offer period ends, AND as soon as items sold reach 80% of maximum available stock.
  • The LOCAL BANK deposit option is also NOT available for purchases made on Fridays, Saturdays and the day before a declared holiday.
  • The LOCAL BANK deposit option CANNOT be used together with your prepaid Deal Grocer credits.

What happens if I send you a copy of my bank deposit slip after the deal has sold out on the site? Will I be able to get a refund?

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate REFUNDS. Should this happen, the amount you deposited will be credited to your DEAL GROCER account. You may use this credit for future purchase of other items on our site.

Is Deal Grocer safe & secure?

  • Definitely. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. Your credit card number is encrypted and transmitted though 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) straight to a top security electronic vault.
  • Our team takes extra measures like these to ensure the security of all our users.

Can I cancel a purchase I've already made?

  • Unfortunately, all purchase transactions on Deal Grocer are final.

Cash Pickup

What is the 'Cash Pickup' method?

  • Cash Pickup is another mode of payment for Deal Grocer members who don’t own credit cards or want to skip the long lines at the bank. A contracted and authorized Cash Pickup Personnel will collect your cash payment at your specified address for your convenience.

When can I use Cask Pickup?

  • Anytime you purchase a minimum of Php1,000 worth of deals on Deal Grocer or Destinations by Deal Grocer.

How do I go about this?

  • It’s easy, just 3 steps…
  • (1) CHOOSE Cash Pickup upon Checkout. (You will receive an email with a Pickup Code and Pickup Schedule).
  • (2) PAY the exact amount to the Cash Pickup Personnel.
  • (3) DONE. Your coupons will be awarded real time to your Deal Grocer account.
  • NOTE: The Cash Pickup Personnel will be unable to provide any change, so best prepare the exact amount!

When can I expect the Cash Pickup Personnel?

  • For purchases done on or before 6PM, the contracted Cash Pickup Personnel will retrieve your payment on the next business day.
  • For purchases done after 6PM, pickup will be scheduled two business days after.

How do I know if the Cash Pickup personnel is legit?

  • We’ve contracted Cash Pickup Personnel from an authorized third party service provider for your safety and convenience. He/she should have an Acknowledgement Form and Cash Pickup Receipt with your unique Pickup Code. Please make sure the Pickup Code on the receipt matches the Pickup Code sent to you via email. Please do NOT give your payment if they don’t.

When do I get my coupons?

  • Within a few minutes. Once your payment has been received, the contracted Cash Pickup Personnel will call to update our system, and your coupons will be awarded to your Deal Grocer account. A Purchase Receipt will also be emailed to you, when your coupons have been awarded.

What happens if I fail to leave my payment?

  • Failure to leave your payment at your specified address will render your invoice cancelled. Since items are limited in stock, the Cash Pickup Personnel will no longer attempt another pickup of your payment and you will need to re-purchase on the site.

Are checks accepted?

  • No. Any form of check payment will not be honored.

I live outside Metro Manila, will you be able to pickup payment from provincial addresses?

  • So sorry but only Metro Manila addresses will be accommodated for now.
