“This place is a must-visit, rain or shine!”
“It was raining heavily during my visit, but it didn't bother me walking around, wearing a raincoat over my prepped outfit and getting my feet soaked in rainwater just to see the beauty of this place. Will bring my family soon regardless of the weather.” —Rojani
“Amazing deal in a very relaxing getaway!”
"The place is Instagrammable in all corners! Plan ahead your OOTDs! Interesting heritage tour (it's free!). Do wear easy-to-remove footwear. You can bring water and chips. Enjoyed the gabi ice cream. Restaurant is a bit expensive but good ambiance and food. The highlight of our stay is the BEACH! Lots of fish and it's clean. Hope they can add some ice cream near the area to beat the heat. Will go back!" —Roma

"The place is amazing, very beautiful, relaxing. The walking tour is very educational. We learned a lot from our tour guide, Ms. Sarah. Hotel amenities are great. Buffet breakfast is also great, so much food. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Overall, we love our stay, overnight is not enough—must be there three days, 2 nights to totally explore the place. We will definitely come back. More deals on this please, Deal Grocer." —Lolita

“Great PWD-friendly experience”
"Very happy with our stay! The place is incredible and the tour guides are very knowledgeable. It's not just looking at old homes, but listening to historical tidbits about the home and the era it belongs to. The free jeepney ride is an extra way of looking at the homes again for photo ops, walking around or eating at the pica-pica place. The facilities are incredible! My son walks with a rollator walker and despite the cobblestone streets, there were smooth paths that enabled him to explore in comfort." —Maria
“Takes you to a different era”
"The place is amazing! It's very rich in history and I wish I booked more than one night because there's not enough time and I don't wanna leave the place.
Upon entering, the guards were wearing gwardiya sibil outfit, and the staff and crews were in traditional Filipino costumes. My friends and I enjoyed the room, it's very spacious and comfortable, and we also liked the concept of a traditional Filipino house infused with modern technology. We enjoyed watching the palo sebo contest and the carabao race by the beach.
The cultural show also adds a nice touch to the experience. The folk dances and the costumes reminded us of our very rich culture. We loved the Heritage tour because we learned a lot from it. It's like everything you learned during History classes came to life. It's a very unique experience and I wish kids nowadays would get to learn those things too! The best part of this trip, all corners are Instagram-worthy! I highly recommend this and I would come back to this place again. —Vernice
“Ideal place to escape Manila’s hustle and bustle”
Stayed overnight with my family last February 15-16. The resort is not densely crowded, giving each [person] breathing space. [The] well-preserved landscape, lake and ocean views are just so tranquil and peaceful. [We] enjoyed the sea/lake breeze and listening to the ocean waves while overlooking the scenic Spanish antique houses. It indeed taught me that history must not be forgotten upon hearing the stories of each house.
What I am impressed with is that it's PWD and senior citizen-friendly, customer service is greatly valued and felt. Wheelchairs and golf carts are available as a mode of transportation as an alternative to jeepneys and tramvia.
...One overnight stay is really not enough. Keep it up and Thanks to Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar. —Jannelle
