It’s almost time to visit the revamped Boracay island, and you’re probably just as excited as we are.

There will surely be a hoard of tourists waiting to revisit the Aklan treasure when it reopens on October 26. Get a headstart on the rest of the pack by checking out these Boracay hotels that offer cozy rooms and great service—for under ₱5,000!

Astoria Boracay

Since its establishment in 2010, Astoria Boracay has stood out amongst the line of establishments along the beachfront due to its strikingly modern design. The Astoria brand brought over the sophisticated vibe of its city-based hotels, and accentuated the look with the white sand and clear blue sea theme of the iconic island of Boracay.

Artworks and high ceilings present inside the rooms and main restaurant exude the aura of a luxury hotel, but a quick step out to the poolside or beachfront catapults guests back to the relaxing beach feeling. The fusion of styles is in sync with the location of the hotel, which sits on the border of the relatively quiet Station 1 and busy Station 2.

Zuzuni Boutique Hotel stands just a few steps away from Astoria, offering the same convenient beachfront spot that guests will surely appreciate. However, Zuzuni emits a cozy and more private feel to guests looking for a real getaway experience. The smallest of the hotels on this list, Zuzuni prides itself in operating with just 14 rooms, giving off an exclusive, secluded vibe.

Guests willing to shell out a little bit of extra coin can even avail of rooms that include a balcony overlooking the beach. Another added plus for guests is the presence of Latino restaurant La Cozina on the ground floor, which has been a long-time staple along the Boracay beachfront.

Lime Hotel

Just like its name, Lime Hotel adds some flavor to the usual Boracay experience. Lime Hotel’s biggest draw is its rooftop which features an infinity pool, as well as a rare and picturesque 180° view of the island that’s perfect for those looking for a unique Instagram photo! Eco-lovers would also be happy to know of Lime’s sustainability initiatives, such as its use of sustainable materials for lamp shades and pillow cases. Lime Hotel lays ground in the heart of Station 2, and while it’s a slight walk from the beachfront (only about a 3-5 minute walk!), it’s also the same distance from the consensus central landmark, D’Mall.

Located around a 15-minute shuttle ride away D’Mall is Savoy Hotel, this list’s representative for travelers who want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the beachfront area. Savoy Hotel takes advantage of its large area space by providing an array of facilities for its guests, which includes a massive recreational area that features a swimming pool, pool bar, and a stage for live entertainment. They even have a paved sunbathing lounge for those attempting to go home with their ideal tan! With all that Savoy provides its guests, it’s even more shocking to see their low price tag, with most room types hovering above and below the ₱5,000 mark.

See you on the island!
