A lot can happen in a year.

Around this time in 2017, you practically had to drag me out of the house—and even then, I’d probably just run right back and lock the door to save myself—to get me to work out in public. My introverted personality, coupled with my perceived physical weaknesses, left me terrified of exercising in front of other people. A bajillion worries and questions flooded my mind. What if I made a fool of myself? What if I fainted and had to be rolled out on a stretcher? What if I DIED?
